You have fourteen days to change your mind, with no reason to give. This form is not mandatory: any clear statement of your decision works just as well.
If your order ships to the European Union or the EEA
You have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, with no reason and no penalty, on any order — sale items included. We refund within fourteen days, standard outbound delivery cost included. Goods sealed for hygiene reasons — makeup, fake blood, press-on nails — are excluded once unsealed.
If your order ships anywhere else in the world
No legal right of withdrawal applies: there is none, for instance, in the United States for online sales. We nonetheless grant you fourteen days, as a commercial gesture, to request a return. This form counts as that request, and we handle it under our return policy.
